I have always had a passion for baking and design, so once my daughter was born in 2017 I decided to ditch the 9-5 and start an exciting new adventure in cakes. I feel very fortunate to have grown a business which combines my creativity and love for baking.

Beautiful centrepiece cakes are a special way to bring family and friends together at any event, whether weddings or anniversaries. As I come from a large family of hungry Italians, being together in this way, around the dinner table and enjoying delicious food has always been a core part of life. I now have the opportunity to share the joy of such occasions through my baking and sugarcraft.

Creative and design work is something I have been drawn to from an early age, from textiles to dance, as well as through a family talent for art. I look to harness this when designing unique and bespoke cakes for my customers; creating something truly special which reflects both their personality and the joy of the occasion.

Many of my cakes include floral arrangements as they are such an elegant and timeless way to create a romantic centrepiece on your wedding day. Whether you opt for fresh, dried or handmade sugar flowers, I will create an arrangement that complements your theme and brings the design to life.

Last but by no means least, the flavour of a cake is just as important to me as its outward appeal. I enjoy spending time experimenting with flavours and recipes to find the perfect balance and texture, not only for the sponge itself but the filling it is paired with too. So whether you want classic flavours, or are after something that little bit unique, rest assured I will do all I can to ensure your cake has both style and substance - and that your guests simply love it!
